Each item from Frank and Coco is handmade to your custom order, so please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Before packaging, all items are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition. We take great care in packaging your order securely to prevent damage during transit.

Once your package leaves our hands, it is in the care of Australia Post. If any issues arise during transit, including loss or damage, you will need to contact Australia Post directly to file a claim.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please reach out to us at info@frankandcoco.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will assist you accordingly.

Your personal information is provided to us when you as the customer have made an enquiry through our website, placed an order with us or registered as one of our

V.I.P members to receive our V.I.P emails.
